Dr. Turton is kind, gentle, experienced and a perfectionist. His nurse Maria is highly skilled with an Angelic personality, together they made my Root Canal a smooth procedure. I was horrified due to a bad experience in the PAST, by a dentist with very little experience. This office is extremely professional and warm, I appreciate authenticity. They are very thorough with explaining anything I needed to know. I will always highly recommend this dental practice, they are all about quality and precision. Grateful me!

I am a new patient, I was a bit on guard because of a few bad reviews I read. Santa Maria Family Dentistry had a $99 deal for X-rays, cleaning and exam, so I decide to try them. I arrived 10 mins ahead of my appointment time for paper work. All of the girls up front are very nice. They do require you to sign the HIPPA form, and a notice that if you cancel without 48 hrs notice they can charge you $50. I wasn't thrilled by that. However, she did say if your reason for cancelling was unavoidable which sometimes happens, they would work with you as long as you communicate with them. Next they took my picture for my file, that was a first, but I just moved here and went to the same dentist for 25 yrs. Maybe this is normal. I was a little nervous because the waiting room was full, and I didn't know how long I would have to wait. It wasn't to bad only about 20 mins. That was with filling out paper work. I had a full mouth of X-rays with Maria. She was very sweet and kind. Dr. Turton came in, checked my mouth. He was nice. He said every thing looked good and all I needed was a regular cleaning! I was so happy to hear that!! I have gone to a dentist every 6mo. for 20yrs., But hadn't since we moved here all most 10 mos. ago. He did a through exam. I am very happy I tried them out! My next appt. is next week for the cleaning I will let everyone know how it goes. To be continued....I went back for my cleaning and had a great experience. The my hygienist was gentle, very kind and through. I will be going back in 6 months. Happy!

Dr.Turton is the go to dentist. you are treated with respect the second you arrive. the staff is friendly and make you feel welcome and at ease. face it who loves the dentist, so they have a way to calm your fears. than a dentist comes in the room with a big smile on his face and you can feel and see dr.turton loves his job and truly loves his job and the opportunity to change your life, who doesn't want a beautiful smile. he cares about you and he cares about your experience at his dental office, he wants to walk away with a smile and that was easy no pain or fears about going to his dental practice. i walked in there a mess and my teeth i thought non fixable. well many visits later and never a bad visit. i went from white knuckle grips on dental chair to hands in my lap to where i could nap while he drilled away, never worried he'll hit that nerve that would send me through the roof. never once and i needed a lot of work done. my point is he cares and loves his job and wants his patients to have a great visit and a different outlook on going to his dental office. he has become my go to dentist also a friend he hasn't invited me to dinner but maybe someday, all joking aside he's the best and truly a great dentist who cares about his patients.

I recently moved to a new dentist and I have to say, I am very pleased. Dr. Turton is great and the girls are wonderful as well. Going to the dentist is not my favorite place to be but now I don't mind it at all. Making an appointment was very easy and they took care of me right when I walked through the door. The office and rooms are very clean. Dr. Turton also offers products like MI paste which has been very beneficial for my teeth. I am very happy that Dr.Turton is my new dentist.

My recommendation is that you get a second opinion before allowing this man to perform dentistry! Fortunately, I have experience/knowledge in the dental field and knew immediately that this man (please note that I refuse to call him a dentist) didn't have a clue what he was talking about! On top of that, he recommended a treatment plan but yet when I walked out, his staff handed me a treatment plan that had nothing to do with had he had discussed with me.

Always a great visit with Dr. Turton, he and his staff have always been very friendly and very professional. Dr. Turton takes his time with each patient and explain 'so you understand what problem is and how can fix it in simple terms. He makes you feel comfortable . Nobody likes to go to a dentist office, but you feel you can relax cause their very professional and attend to all your needs and questions . His work is painless and he's a dentist that goes the extra mile cause he cares about his patients and his work, top knock work . I trust his opinion and his character .
